1000 Wheels Day - A motorcycle with a sidecar drove up toward us and we noticed that there was a wheelchair in his sidecar. We went to greet him and realized, when he reached for his crutches to get off the bike, that he was missing his right leg. He was telling us that his wife had bought him a new wheelchair, so he wanted to donate his old one to Chariots of Hope.

Dear Friends at Chariots of Hope,
I wanted to thank you for sending a wheelchair to my little brother Eugert Kaziu in November of 2009. After a 6 hour long surgery on his left foot and days in the hospital, the wheelchair you send was much needed and greatly appreciated. We were able to take him out for fresh air and move around, thanks to you guys. Eugert will have his right foot surgery in may, so we send the wheelchair with him to Albania.
After he is up and running and no longer will require a wheelchair , he will be donating the wheelchair to other children in need in Albania.
Thank you Chariots of Hope, for your generosity, your willingness to help and for making a difference in the lives of people in need.
Warmest Regards,
Jetmira Kaziu
I cant thank you enough for the roho cushion--I could have never

you--i am telling everyone that will listen about how great your
organization is--what a lifesaver--

Thank you so much for the transport wheelchair. It will enable me to go to church and to the store with my son. Without the help of Chariots of Hope and others, I don't know how we would manage everything.
Chronic health problems are draining, but the generosity and selfless help from people, "such as yourself", are reasons to smile
May God Bless You,
Ruth
Dear Wayne,
I just spoke to Julissa's mother and she told me she received the wheelchair today. She thanks you and Chariots of hope for the assistance and effort you have made to send her this chair for her daughter. It will make her life and her daughter's life a lot easier. I also thank you for your help in helping me to help this young woman and her mother to get this chair. Julissa cannot speak well but she smiles a big beautiful smile.
Thanks again and good luck to you with the work you do for people who could otherwise not be able to afford specialized equipment.
Eva

I don't know what to say that would express how much this means to me. You have touched my life in a very real way and have my lasting and sincere gratitude. May you be blessed with love and kindness as well as this small thanks
Very Sincerely,

Many thanks Wayne,
and to Chariots of Hope!. Please if you are interested in supporting people in need of wheelchair in Bolivia contact me, because there are many people that cannot afford buying it, neither receive the support of the government.
Best wishes,
Marlene
Dear Mr. Arey,
Thank you so much for your help. I printed the form and sent it in the mail today. This means so much to us and I am very appreciative of your kindness and keeping my son in mind when a wheelchair was available. I am more than willing to volunteer in any way that I can to contribute to your foundation. Please let me know if there is anything I can do.

Hello,
My name is Faye Bronstein and I am a Physical Therapist at the Rehabilitation Hospital of the Pacific in Honolulu, HI. I recently went on a trip to South America to visit friends and was devastated to find the type of equipment some of the individuals with disabilities were forced to used. I was traveling through remote villages in Peru, Argentina and Ecuador but could not get work off my mind. I am a spinal cord specialist but also work with a wide variety of diagnosis. I thought there as a disadvantage in Hawaii, but now see that there are so many problems everywhere. I am writing because I would love to be able to volunteer my time and help deliver proper equipment on any of your missions. I speak Russian and conversational Spanish, working in Hawaii has also given me the advatanage of working with many different Pacific and Asian cultures. If there is anything I can do to help out your organization please let me know. Thank you for all your efforts in helping out people all over the world and I hope I can also help in the future.
Sincerely,
Faye Bronstein DPT
