500 wheelchairs and $5,000. to help repair wheelchairs for distribution
1000 Wheels Day:
Chariots of Hope will hold its annual 1000 Wheels Day from 10-2. Representatives from Chariots of Hope, and the Connecticut State Police will be collecting unused wheelchairs and cash donations at all the Connecticut State Police barracks across the state. The goal is to collect 500 wheelchairs! For more information about collecting and distributing wheelchairs contact Sherry Giando Foster at (860) 877-7472 or Michele Carney at (860) 463-4881.
